If hired we will be conducting a Background & Child Abuse check before date of hire. This will be taken out of your first paycheck. $10 each.
Any type of injury must be reported within 24 hours of happening to management.
You may not be employed by any other security companies while being employeed with Black Wolf Security LLC without Black Wolf Security’s management. These requests will be reviewed on a case to case basis.
I expressly authorize, without reservation, the employer, it’s represenatives, employees or agents to contact and obtain information from all references (personal and professional), employers, public agencies, licensing authorities and educational institutions and to otherwise verify the accuracy of all information provided by me in this application, resume or job interview.
I hereby waive any and all rights claims I may have regarding the employers, it’s agents, employees or represenatives for seeking, gathering and using such information in the employment process and all other persons, contraptions or organizations for furnishing such information about me.
I understant that the employer does not unlawfully discriminate in employment and no questions on this application is used for the purpose of limiting or excusing any applicant from consideration for employment on a basis prohibited by applications or organizations for furnishing negative information about me.
I understand that this applications remains current for six (6) months. At the conclusion of that time, if I have not heard from the employer and still wish to be considered for employment, it will be necessary to reapply and fill out a new application.
If I am hired, this application does not constitute an agreement or contract for empoyment for any specified period or definite duration.
I understand that any information provided by me that is found to be false, incomplete or misrepresented in any respect will result in the cancelling of any further consideration of this application, or immediate discharge from the employer’s service whenever it is discovered.
